Attorney Joyce Ann Williams utilizes her life experiences to benefit her firm, J Williams Law, LLC.  Her primary goal is to provide professional, caring legal services you can count on!  Her practice serves clients in the areas of estate planning, wills, estate administration (probate), elder law, business law and real estate law.

Ms. Williams has extensive professional experience through years as a former teacher, associate real estate broker and law clerk.  As a law clerk, Ms. Williams gained legal knowledge working on probate matters and will documents.  She was responsible for opening case matter files and preparing the documents required to open an estate for probate.  Additionally, in the D.C. Housing Finance Agency, Ms. Williams attended Bond Closings for Multifamily Housing developers utilizing the tax exempt/credit enhanced D.C. Bond programs.

Ms. Williams has over fourteen years of experience as an associate real estate broker, which reflects her current practice in real estate law.  As a broker, she handled issues such as contract formation, negotiation strategies, and FHA, VA and Conventional program requirements.  Her clients regularly consisted of buyers and sellers of single family, multifamily and commercial properties.

Attorney Joyce Williams utilizes her breadth and depth of professional knowledge to assist clients in a variety of legal matters.  She focuses on making the legal process simple yet educational for each client, while building solid professional and personal relationships
